What You’ll Do

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic Tier 1 delivers comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), physician, or advanced practice provider (APP).
• This role emphasizes the provision of safe, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Tier 1 LPNs are most frequently required to utilize foundational to moderate-complexity clinical skills and knowledge in their daily practice, contributing to optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.
• Responsibilities include direct patient care, administrative support, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
• The LPN actively aligns with organizational values by delivering compassionate, respectful, and effective care and adheres to the scope of practice defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio required
• Experience in a similar capacity 1-2 years preferred. Medical Office experience

• The Medical Assistant Tier 1 is an unlicensed healthcare personnel who works under the direct supervision of a licensed healthcare professional, i.e. physician, advanced practice provider (APP), or registered nurse (RN).
• MAs deliver care in a clinic setting and provides safe, patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Tier 1 MAs are most frequently required to apply foundational to moderate-complexity clinical skills and knowledge in their daily practice, contributing to optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.
• Responsibilities include direct patient care, administrative support, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
• The MA actively aligns with organizational values by delivering compassionate, respectful, and effective care and adheres to the scope of practice for Medical Assistants.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program
• Registered through American Allied Health (AAH), American Medical Technologists (AMT), Certified through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
• 1-2 years’ experience in medical office or similar capacity.
