Must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and hold a valid LPN license in the state of Ohio. BLS certification is required, and 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or similar capacity is preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic Tier 2 provides nursing care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), physician, or advanced practice provider (APP). This role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered care in compliance with established clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, contributing to optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations. Tier 2 LPNs utilize fundamental clinical skills, but are frequently required to apply moderate to advanced complexity clinical skills and knowledge in their daily practice, often in high-complexity or specialized settings, requiring additional training skill validation.

Required Educational Degree: Graduated of an Accredited Program in Practical Nursing Major/Area of Concentration: Nursing, LPN, RN
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio. Successful completion of Adena skills assessment and written test annually. BLS - Basic Life Support
1-2 years experience in a similar capacity. 1-2 years of medical office.
