Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois.

Join our practice with one Family Medicine physician, two Advanced Practice Providers, and experienced support staff Position will be based out of our outpatient clinic on Barring Trace that offers Family Medicine and Walk-In services Onsite Lab and X-ray services are also available Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 6 PM with no weekends or holidays Flexible scheduling will be considered with 4 or 5 day work weeks Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

• Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000.
• This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
• The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
