Job Description

A private physician group specializing in Hematology and Oncology is seeking a PER-DIEM CT Technologist. Ideal position for Technologists looking for extra hours who are currently working 2nd / 3rd shift or weekends. Experience with GE scanners preferred but not required. Position requirements: Have good communication skills with patients and coworkers. Willingness to perform all aspects of patient care within the scope of practice. Utilize radiation protection and safety standards. Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Proficiency starting IV access lines. Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the scope of practice. Ability to work independently and with direction from senior staff. Willingness to follow Department and Practice policies. Regulatory requirements: Active Florida state license Active ARRT certificate or equivalent Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40 per hour The mission of Hematology-Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast is to provide high quality, cost-effective healthcare to all of our patients.
