• Physical Therapist Full-Time Opportunity Pleasant Valley, Missouri $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience What You’ll Step Into This is a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic.
• The patient population includes individuals recovering from injuries, managing musculoskeletal pain, rebuilding strength after surgery, or working through mobility and function concerns.
• You will be part of a clinical team made up of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants.
• The clinic uses WebPT and sees a steady patient flow, with approximately 160–190 patient visits per week.
• The Work Your day will include evaluations, treatment planning, hands-on therapy, patient education, documentation, and communication with the care team.
• You will work with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old, giving you a broad mix of orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs Develop treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation Help patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, movement quality, and daily function Track patient progress and update treatment plans when appropriate Educate patients on home exercises, activity modification, and safe movement habits Complete accurate clinical documentation using WebPT Work with PTAs and other team members to keep patient care consistent Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Comfortable working with a varied patient population Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match See where this outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity can take your career.
