$90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience Role Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Raytown outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will help patients recover strength, improve mobility, manage pain, and return to daily activities through structured treatment and patient education. This role gives you a varied caseload, a modern clinic setting, and a team that includes Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. It is also open to new graduates who are ready to begin their clinical career in an outpatient orthopedic environment. Schedule Structure The clinic strongly prefers one of the following: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Snapshot Setting: Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs EMR: WebPT Patient Ages: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Position Highlights Full-time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Professional growth and development opportunities Modern outpatient orthopedic setting
Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop care plans based on patient diagnosis, physical presentation, and goals Provide therapy for musculoskeletal pain, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, weakness, and mobility concerns Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, balance training, and functional movement activities Help patients understand their treatment plan and home exercise program Monitor progress and make clinical updates as needed Document patient visits and progress using WebPT Coordinate care with PTAs and clinic team members Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Comfortable working with a varied patient population Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Move your Physical Therapy career into an outpatient orthopedic role with structure, variety, and room to grow.
