Full-Time Telehealth LCPC – Maryland Licensed Counselor Job Summary We are seeking an LCPC to provide remote mental health counseling for clients in Maryland. This position is focused on direct therapy work, including intake sessions, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. Clients may come to therapy for support with stress, mood concerns, major life changes, family or relationship strain, work-related pressure, grief, or long-term emotional challenges. The LCPC in this role will provide steady therapeutic support while maintaining clear records and professional telehealth standards.

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to individuals through a secure video platform Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical intake documentation Identify treatment goals in collaboration with each client Deliver therapy sessions using clinical approaches suited to the client’s needs Track progress and update treatment plans as therapy continues Maintain accurate records in accordance with state, ethical, and company standards Follow proper procedures for risk concerns, mandated reporting, and referrals Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional awareness, and practical tools Maintain a professional remote environment for all client sessions Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license Previous experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform Able to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions Reliable internet connection and basic comfort with digital health records Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Position Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Stable weekday schedule Remote work environment Maryland LCPCs who want a full-time telehealth position with a clear clinical focus are encouraged to submit their resume for review.
