Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, behavioral, and social history Create treatment plans based on each client’s symptoms, goals, and care needs Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit the client’s presentation Monitor client progress and update treatment goals when appropriate Maintain clear and timely documentation in the electronic health record Follow ethical standards, privacy requirements, and Indiana telehealth regulations Respond appropriately to safety concerns, risk factors, or care coordination needs Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable providing care through virtual platforms Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Consistent weekday schedule Administrative support Submit your resume today to be considered for this full-time remote LCSW opportunity serving clients across Indiana.
