About the Position

An outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lee’s Summit is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to support patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic provides care for a wide patient population, with ages ranging from 11 to 90. This role is a good fit for a Physical Therapist who enjoys structured outpatient care, direct patient interaction, and teamwork with PTAs and other clinicians. The clinic uses WebPT, maintains a weekly volume of approximately 160–190 patient visits, and offers flexible schedule options. Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Identify patient goals, functional limitations, strength deficits, mobility concerns, and pain levels Develop individualized plans of care and update them as patients progress Provide physical therapy treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility work, balance training, and functional activities Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe return to daily activities Track outcomes and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate Document evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to maintain quality care Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a broad age range and variety of conditions Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Consider this Physical Therapist opening if you are looking for a professional outpatient setting with a strong team, flexible scheduling, and room to grow.
