• Quick Details Position: Full-Time Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old EMR: WebPT Pay Range $65K–$70K per year for new graduates $80K–$90K per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience Schedule Options The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off weekly Monday–Friday Option Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinical Setting 7–15 patients per day Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants WebPT used for documentation Patients range from 11 to 90 years old Main treatment focus is orthopedic and musculoskeletal care New graduates encouraged to apply Professional growth and development opportunities available

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, pain concerns, mobility deficits, and treatment goals Create care plans that address strength, balance, flexibility, movement quality, and daily function Provide skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility training, and balance work Teach patients home exercise programs and safe return-to-activity strategies Track outcomes and update treatment plans based on patient response Document visits, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge plans in WebPT Work with PTAs to ensure treatment plans are followed appropriately Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources when needed Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work with patients across a broad age range and variety of conditions Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Take the next step into an outpatient PT role where your clinical work, patient care, and professional growth are supported.
