Support individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges in developing independent living and emotional regulation skills. Help clients achieve their identified treatment goals within a residential setting.
The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
$2,000 sign-on bonus
Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay!
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
