Provide community integration and case management consultation for adults coping with mental health symptoms. Develop strategies to reduce family stress and coordinate services to decrease instability in clients' lives.
Requires a high school diploma and MHRT/C certification, including provisional levels. Candidates must have at least one year of experience supporting adults with mental illness and pass multiple background checks.
Community Care is seeking caring and motivated individuals to provide community integration for Adults coping with mental health symptoms. This position provides case management consultation, skill teaching, development of strategies to make family life less stressful and advocacy/coordination for service needs in an effort to reduce cycles of instability in the lives of those affected by mental illness.
High School diploma and must possess MHRT/c certification (provisional certification level acceptable); A total of one year of experience supporting adults with mental illness.
MHRT/C, experience supporting adults with mental illness Must be able to pass background checks including DMV, CPS, APS, and Criminal checks.
