The RN provides direct nursing care to residents within a skilled nursing facility. They are also responsible for supervising the daily activities of nursing staff and CNAs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited two-year RN program and hold an active, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania. At least one year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab is preferred.
