Requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling and a current LCSW or LPC licensure in Arkansas. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting.

Position Overview We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Director of Therapy. As part of Alleviant’s commitment to integrative health, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.
Work Environment and Job Context The primary work location for this position will be at Alleviant Integrated Health Centers in Central and NW Arkansas, with flexible options for telehealth work from a home office as needed. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though some flexibility may be available. Along with patient care, we encourage staff to participate in the positive and collaborative culture of Alleviant.
