The Clinical Pharmacist ensures the safe and effective use of medications through accurate order verification, dispensing, and patient-focused clinical monitoring. They are responsible for medication reconciliation and adhering to hospital formulary policies and legal standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy and be a Registered Pharmacist licensed in the State of Ohio. Previous experience with computerized unit dose and sterile products is preferred.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required) or Pharm D degree.
