The role involves setting up radiographic equipment and assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures. Responsibilities include manipulating imaging generators for optimal quality and operating specialized hemodynamic and cardiac output equipment.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology and be ARRT registered with BLS certification. One to two years of experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology setting is required.
This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures, processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images, assists in preparing patient for procedures and assists other members of the cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians as needed to ensure timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab/special procedures. *This position is eligible for a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus*

Credential: BLS: Basic Life Support
Education: Associates Degree
Degree in Healthcare Related Field. ARRT registered required. Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures as normally acquired through 1-2 years experience in the cardiac catheterization laboratory and/or the interventional radiology setting required.
