Market context
Direct Support Associate openings in New Hampshire are often driven by ongoing demand for staff who can support daily living, safety, and community participation for people with disabilities. This role is competitive because employers typically look for reliability, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and a willingness to learn; prior direct care experience can help, but it is not always required.
