The specialist provides advocacy and support to justice-involved individuals to help them obtain stable housing and community integration. Key duties include conducting housing assessments, building landlord relationships, and delivering evidence-based behavioral health services.
Requires an Associate degree in a related field and 2 years of experience working with individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Candidates must obtain an Agency Affiliated Counselor credential and possess a valid driver's license.

New hires for this position typically start between $26.00 and $32.50 hourly/Annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
