Salary
$24 - $35 / HOUR
Provide coaching, education, and support to justice-involved individuals to achieve housing stability and community integration. Manage landlord relationships and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure participants have stable housing and necessary resources.
Requires an associate degree in a related field and 2 years of experience working with individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Must obtain an Agency Affiliated Counselor credential and a valid driver's license.

New hires for this position typically start between $23.54 and $29.42 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
