• LPN position details: We are currently hiring for a Part Time Day LPN (7am - 3pm), or a Part Time Evening LPN (3pm - 11pm). Canterbury Woods is looking for experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team in Williamsville, NY.

• Planning: Review resident needs and physician orders, contribute to care plan development and quarterly reviews, and promptly address resident concerns.

• Management: Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately while maintaining the medication and treatment book.

• Oversight: Conduct regular unit rounds, ensure detailed care notes, and verify the accuracy and completeness of CNA documentation.

• QualificationsLPN qualifications: Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license. Must be CPR and first aid certified. Must have verbal and written English skills.
