The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering therapeutic radiation and performing CT simulations while following department protocols. They also manage patient schedules, documentation, and perform regular quality checks on equipment.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAHEA accredited radiation therapy program and hold ARRT-T and Ohio Radiologic licenses. Proficiency in radiation safety, dose calculations, and the use of linear accelerators is required.
