Salary
$60 / HOUR
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized care plans. Coordinate ongoing client care and document all visits within the electronic charting system.
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
