You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and develop the skills needed for long-term success in nursing and patient care. There will be a $500 sign-on bonus upon completion of the CNA test. Paid in 2 installments: First on Completion of CNA Test and second 6 months following. Responsibilities Include Assisting residents with daily activities Providing compassionate personal care Supporting mobility, meals, and hygiene needs Observing and reporting resident concerns Maintaining a clean and safe environment Working collaboratively with nursing staff Attending and completing CNA training classes CNA Certification Requirement To continue employment, all hired PCA/CNA Trainees must: Successfully complete the CNA training course Pass BOTH the written and clinical CNA state examinations Complete both exams within 90 days after course completion Employees who do not complete both testing requirements within the required timeframe may become ineligible for continued employment.
