The Technical Assistant performs specimen processing, instrument loading, and quality control tasks within laboratory departments. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree in Natural Science or Allied Health is preferred. Candidates should ideally have laboratory experience and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and medical terminology.
