The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while managing case services and crisis interventions. They are responsible for developing individualized service plans and conducting psychological evaluations to ensure coordinated client care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Licensure or license-eligibility in the state of Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.

The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide: Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support. Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises. Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
