Provide direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic, including obtaining vitals and managing patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, medication requests, and electronic health record management using EPIC.
Requires a high school diploma and either one year of clinical medical assistant experience or graduation from an accredited MA program. Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire and pass a clinical competency assessment.
