Perform basic patient care activities including monitoring vital signs, blood glucose, and assisting with activities of daily living. Report abnormal assessment findings to nursing staff and maintain clean, stocked patient rooms.
Requires a current Arizona state CNA or LNA license and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma is preferred, and EKG interpretation competency is required within 90 days.
