• Job Details ChristianaCare’s Integrated Behavioral Health Department is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Therapist II who demonstrates strong clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, has the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with diverse patient population and has a deep commitment to patient-centered outcomes to support our Darley Green Primary Care location at Claymont, DE.
• This Behavioral Health Therapist II contributes to the overall clinical operation of the behavioral health department and the daily care of the outpatient population in primary care and functions as a member of the clinical team through collaboration, providing consultation, assessment, treatment and behavioral health education.
• They provide collaboration with and a conduit to Behavioral Health and support an integrated model of health care.
• This position encompasses a combination of consultation and psychotherapy responsibilities.
• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm No weekends or holidays This is a hybrid role with four (4) days onsite, and one (1) remote day option available.

Qualifications

Master’s degree which qualifies in their state for licensure or certification is required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required. Delaware state licensure preferred. Minimum one year of experience providing direct therapeutic care preferred.
