The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs. They provide hands-on therapy and educate patients and caregivers on pain management and injury prevention.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a bachelor's degree and a current MN Physical Therapist License. Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health care regulations is required.

Position Type: Full-Time or On-Call, benefits eligible position working 4 days a week
$45 - $55 / hour depending on experience.
Bonus: Full-Time $7,500
