Care Team Assistant - Endoscopy - La Jolla

• This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour DAY shift located at our Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla.

• This position will work shifts varying from 7:00am-13:30pm, 8:00am-6:30pm, and 9:30am-6:00pm.

• Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collect data, and ensure the patient has a safe, organized environment.
• Assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician.
• Support the unit with a variety of patient logistic, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation duties.

• Must be able to speak, read and follow instruction in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. American Heart Association (AHA)

• Support (BLS) for health care provider
• Preferred:: Multiple patient care skills preferred. Prefer one year experience in health care related field, sterile processing, patient transport or equivalent responsibilities.
