• Responsibilities and Job Duties Provide personal assistance, support, direction, care, and supervision to up to (4) clients in a smaller home-like environment.
• Perform household tasks; cleaning, basic home related chores and assigned client care tasks throughout each shift.
• Perform charting and documentation, medication assistance and monitoring for symptoms.
• Prepare and serve (3) meals daily according to company menu.
• Prepare and submit food and supply order lists weekly.
• Assist and supervise clients in learning Independent Living Skills.
• Assist and direct clients in Activities of Daily Living.
• Plan and participate in activities, plan weekly outings and crafts with clients in the home.

Must pass criminal background check
