Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support that enhances the quality of life for your clients, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Mobility support, transfers, and ambulation assistance Range of motion exercises Medication reminders and assistance Oral feeding and meal preparation Monitoring and reporting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration Light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry and bed making Providing companionship and promoting a safe, comfortable home environment Communicating changes in client condition with the care team

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification and listed in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry. At least one year of related work experience preferred. Reliable transportation for travel between client homes. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Successful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation. Compensation

$26.00–$30.00 per point, based on experience and qualifications. As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
