• Lafayette 3920 Building 3920 St Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHAT WE NEED: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician to join our team and meet the growing demands for outpatient infectious disease services located at FPN Infectious Disease Lafayette in Lafayette, Indiana.

Qualifications
