Advanced Practice Provider - Palliative Care

• Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with Palliative Care experience for outpatient care at Franciscan Health Palliative Care in Indianapolis, IN.
• Experienced provider is preferred and desired.
• Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with three physicians and eight advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and great work-life balance.
• WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have past Palliative, Hospice or Home Health Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.
• Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
• Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications
