The Physical Therapist will develop and implement personalized, evidence-based care plans to restore patient motion and mobility. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, documenting care, and collaborating with other health professionals to improve the quality of life for geriatric residents.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy curriculum and hold a valid license from the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of practice. Professional behavior and strong interpersonal communication skills are also required.
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs. EDUCATION AND TRAINING Physical therapists must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
