Physical Therapist | Full-Time Outpatient Rehab Position Career Opportunity A full-time Physical Therapist position is open in Grain Valley, MO for a clinician ready to provide outpatient orthopedic care in a modern, organized clinic setting.
This role centers on helping patients improve function, rebuild strength, increase mobility, and return to everyday activities through thoughtful evaluation and treatment.

Role Snapshot Location: Grain Valley, MO Position Type: Full-Time EMR: WebPT Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits Salary $65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates $80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience Preferred Work Schedule Options Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Daily Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional activities Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and safe activity changes Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate documentation using WebPT Coordinate care with PTAs and fellow clinical team members Support patients in improving independence, function, and return to daily routines Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Advance your Physical Therapy career in a clinic where patient care, clinical teamwork, and professional development are part of the daily environment.
