• The Nurse Practitioner contributes to AHF by serving as a frontline clinical provider within the Wellness Center and Mobile Testing service model.
• Providing same-day HIV/STI testing, treatment, and PrEP/PEP initiation/ consultstions, the Nurse Practitioner expands access to preventive services.
• Also monitoring patients and preparing comprehensive patient care plans.
• With a friendly, helpful and compassionate disposition you can enhance the experience of members of our Wellness Center including patients.
• The Nurse Practitioner also conducts diagnostic test, evaluates lab reports, provides information on how to reduce risk of contracting an STI and interprets healthcare conditions.
• Providing special attention to patient charts, including treating patients in a timely manner, acting as a medical resource, and providing both counseling and guidance as needed.

The Nurse Practitioner enhances the reputation of AHF by being a team-player, treating all patients, including walk-ins, with respect and the highest level of care.
