What You'll Do as a Mom/Baby Registered Nurse
- Provide skilled nursing care to expectant mothers, postpartum mothers, newborns, and high-risk infants in the home setting
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate families on prenatal care, newborn care, feeding, safety, and overall wellness
- Monitor maternal and infant health and communicate changes to the care team as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and timely
