Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability. Responsibilities include formulating treatment goals, providing home exercise plans, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and licensure by the State of Connecticut Division of Medical Quality Assurance. BLS certification is required, and previous hospital or outpatient experience is helpful.
