Position Summary

As a CNA at Garden City Cottages, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are seeking caring individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding resident-centered care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with transfers and ambulation while following proper safety procedures. Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Take and document vital signs as directed. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests. Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort needs. Maintain accurate documentation and resident records. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members. Qualifications Qualifications Current Kansas CNA certification. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide quality care while maintaining resident dignity and respect. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
