Duties and Responsibilities

Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies. Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects. Document medication administration and resident responses appropriately. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide compassionate and respectful care to all residents. Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Support the overall well-being and quality of life of residents. Qualifications Qualifications Current Kansas Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required. Strong understanding of medication administration procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Commitment to providing outstanding resident care. Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred but not required.
