As a valued member of our care team, you will

✨ Provide hands-on, resident-centered care with dignity and respect ✨ Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility ✨ Help residents maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life ✨ Build meaningful connections and offer emotional support ✨ Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff ✨ Follow care plans and physician instructions with attention to detail ✨ Create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment residents can call home

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience in basic nursing assistant duties

Certification

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Completion of all required in-services and trainings
