The role involves triaging patient messages, preparing patients for procedures, and administering medications. Additionally, the candidate will maintain patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team across two office locations.
Candidates must hold a current Medical Assistant certification or have experience as a Patient Care Technician. Proficiency in EMR systems and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at ASCENT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional services to our patients.
This position will support operations at both the Waterloo and Hiawatha offices. Travel will be required. Clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
