Assist board-certified neurologists with exams, diagnostic procedures, and intricate surgeries while providing intensive nursing care. Monitor high-risk patients, perform diagnostics using MRI and CT, and maintain detailed medical records.
Requires at least 2 years of veterinary experience, preferably in neurology or specialty practice, with strong technical skills in anesthesia and drug calculations. A Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification is preferred.

Looking For We are looking for a Veterinary Technician to work in our busy Neurology Department. Our board-certified neurologists care for patients with a variety of neurological conditions using state-of-the-art advanced imaging, surgical, and critical care techniques. Technicians and assistants within the department are vital to the wellbeing of our patients, coordinating with specialists and staff across all specialties and providing the highest standard of nursing care. Our ideal candidate has experience in specialty veterinary medicine with keen attention to detail and an exemplary ability to manage multiple tasks at once. What You Can Expect To Do Assist Board-Certified Neurologist: Use your skills to assist our board-certified neurologists with neuro exams, diagnostic procedures, and intricate surgeries. Patient Interventions & CPR: You'll be monitoring patients at risk for cardiac and respiratory arrest and will initiate CPR as needed. Patient Monitoring/Record Keeping: You'll be performing patient assessments using various monitoring techniques and communicating with pet owners about their pet's history and at-home care.
