The LPN provides direct nursing care and personal care to patients following a designated plan of care to ensure comfort and quality of life. Responsibilities include monitoring symptoms, performing clinical interventions, and documenting patient and family teaching.
Candidates must have at least one year of LPN experience, preferably in hospice or home health, and hold valid licensure in West Virginia and Ohio. A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are also required.
The LPN must carry out responsibilities in an ethical, professional and confidential manner. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and possession of a valid driver's license.
