Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

• We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN.
• $38.50 to $47.50 per hour plus based on experience plus additional for shift diffs.
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time.
• Evenings Available!
• Earn up to 30 days of PTO.
• We pay 80% of health insurance premiums.
• The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.

Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License RN - Registered Nurse in MA.
• BLS certification required.
• Nursing
• Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

Registered Nurse - RN Introduction

Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.

Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
• Render emergency care as needed, report to supervisor, submit complete, accurate, and timely incident reports.
