The CMA provides clinical and administrative support under a medical provider, including performing patient intake and assisting with medical procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining exam rooms, managing clinic supplies, and educating patients on health-related topics.
Candidates must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT) with a BCLS certification. 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice or completion of an externship program is required.
