The therapist will conduct adult intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide updates for adults with mental illness in an outpatient setting. They are also responsible for making internal and external referrals and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
A Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent is required, with a preference for LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure. Candidates must have experience in mental health assessments and a valid driver's license for travel.
Therapist will provide child and adult intake assessments, treatment planning and treatment plan updates to children and adults with mental illness. Intakes will take place in an outpatient Community Mental Health Center. This position provides candidates with an excellent opportunity to learn about diagnosing, crisis intervention, and collaboration. Therapist will make internal and external referrals as necessary.
