• Job Summary The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills.
• Independent living skills include, but are not limited to, food shopping, learning bus routes, cleaning home, proper hygiene, maintaining relationships with supportive family and developing community based supports.
• This position is expected to be in the field at least 80% of the time working with clients assisting them develop skills that will assist in sustaining ongoing recovery.
• This position will also provide after hour and on-call supports.

• Education and Experience Requirments Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
