Job DetailsLevel

Shift: Day Assists nursing staff by checking in patients, pulling charts for nursing needs, transporting patients, stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, etc. Assist Office Personnel by answering multi line phones, putting charts together, pull and send medical records, filing dictation, charts, reports, etc. Utilizes oral and written communication in a timely, appropriate and relevant manner to facilitate work operations Stocks patients rooms, stocks procedure rooms with appropriate supplies; and operates equipment safely and according to manufacturer/clinic guidelines Cleans patient care equipment and supplies between each patient Maintains a neat and clean environment in clinic rooms, front office and equipment at all times Qualifications Medical Assistant Certification is highly preferred High school education or equivalent required We Offer Competitive pay A comprehensive, flexible, benefit package to all full-time employees (32 hours plus per week) Medical and dental coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment 403b Retirement Life insurance
